A Comic by Derek Chezzi and Derek Evernden

Toronto. The not-too-distant future.

Corruption has demoralized the city's people. Kickbacks fatten the coffers of politicians. Police and
judges bent on a law and order mentality have imposed a totalitarian rule over the population while turning a blind eye to interests willing to slip a few bucks their way. Ruthless business practices have transformed a once-prosperous and healthy city into a decaying shadow of its former self. The rich have become richer at the expense of everyone else. Little separates legitimate business and political activities from organized crime.
These desperate times breed desperate people. As the world careens toward chaos, everyone clings to
a piece of faith waiting out the final act. But when one woman decides to take on the end of the world, she finds salvation is sometimes at your own hand.
When Hannah's impish co-worker is shot dead before her in her workplace, she begins to ask herself a few questions. Why did this happen to him? Why are we letting this happen to our world? What are we all afraid of?
Hannah's quest for answers reveals her to a world unlike anything she ever could have imagined existed and forces her to make some tough decisions. As she peels away the layers of reality of her former life, she is confronted with disturbing truths. The journey will change Hannah forever, but how long is "forever" in this deadly new world?
